If Customers do not agree to provide such personal data to B-EN-G Thailand in accordance with this Policy, B-EN-G Thailand will not be able to comply with any of its contractual obligations owing to Customers and in addition, B-EN-G Thailand will not be able to effectively render its services to Customers, if at all.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes for obtaining and processing your personal data.
